Dress Code
What to wear and what not to wear.
Most attire is suitable, providing it is neat and tidy, and most important
of all comfortable, so you make the choice.

For the Feet.
It is of utmost importance that you are kind to you feet, so make sure that your footwear is comfortable. Most shoes are suitable, however flatties in particular for the ladies are the best choice. High heels can be worn for the
ladies, but are not necessary.

What not to wear.
No black rubber soled shoes that leave skid marks. No thongs or loose footwear.
No bare feet.

Dancing is great fun, Good exercise, Energetic, Stimulating, and will give you
the opportunity to meet and make new friends
