"Dance is a fantastic way to stay active, improve fitness, boost confidence, and meet new people. Come along, enjoy the music, and have fun — we look forward to seeing you on the floor!"

What to wear and what not to wear.

To get the most out of your dance experience, we recommend wearing clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably. Most attire is suitable as long as it is neat, tidy, and comfortable — the most important thing is that you feel confident while dancing.

✅ Footwear (Most Important)

Your footwear is key to comfort and safety on the dance floor. We recommend:
➤ Comfortable shoes with a secure fit
➤ For ladies, flat shoes are an excellent option
➤ Low to medium heels are acceptable if you’re used to them
➤ Smooth soles are preferred for easier movement and turning
If you’re unsure, feel free to ask our team — we’re happy to advise the best option for your dance style.

❌ What Not to Wear

For safety and to protect the dance floor, please avoid:
➤ Shoes with black rubber soles that may leave skid marks
➤ Thongs/flip-flops or loose footwear Bare feet
➤ Heavy boots or shoes that restrict movement

For the Feet

It is of utmost importance that you are kind to you feet, so make sure that your footwear is comfortable. Most shoes are suitable, however flatties in particular for the ladies are the best choice. High heels can be worn for the ladies, but are not necessary.

What not to Wear

No black rubber soled shoes that leave skid marks. No thongs or loose footwear. No bare feet.

Dancing is great fun, Good exercise, Energetic, Stimulating, and will give you the opportunity to meet and make new friends.
